texans are the best team by a bit. why are they dogged to a moderate? i don't get it alot of public love on Chi lately, Hou always gonna be under rated, Chi D is legit, Chi is home, line seems right, less then 3 cause Hou is better |

oregon could outscore them by alot but more times than not it's close i'd think
oregon will never get to display their best with the long layoff, so that comes into play. they are at their best with continuity
